Personal statement


                 The course wasn't difficult although it had a lot of requirement. The most effective part was creating a professional CV which will help me after my graduation to apply for job then we did a practice about interview which include how is the environment of the interview would be so I can get a job and how to be confident without being nervous.

Also, I did a presentation about the contamination of iron in water which learned me the way of presenting a presentation with an interest way and how to create a presentation in a power point in a simple way to deliver the main idea of the presentation clearly to the audience.
What I like most was doing a presentation while recording me in a tap video and this idea was for my own sake because I will learn from my mistakes and I'll try to avoid them. However, I learned how to deal with team work, managing and organizing.

One more thing,   this course clarified to me how the research should be done with using specific source and doing a professional bibliography with (IEEE)
In my point of view I think this course is very important for all students in HCT because it's related to the real life in future.

Discuss the Feasibility of having Facebook or other social network site for ADMC and create recommendations for the student council.

1.     Welcome, Attendance, Present the note taker
·         Meeting started at 09:30 AM
2.     Social Network
·         All of the members approved the affective of the idea.
·         Amer noticed that having facebook is better than twitter and Nasser agreed.
·         Nasser suggest to send sms for promotion while we agreed on distributing posters.

3.     Linking social network in study
·         Scientific global arguments will be useful for students to share their ideas with teachers, teachers will have an idea about their students personality.
·         Mohammed was afraid  that people will turn the site into chat but Amer suggested that we block the comment.
·                                 All the members agreed that the social network will be reference for hobbies and activates.


4.     Suggestions
·                                 The social network will have a suggestion section for the audiences.
·                                 The name of the people who will suggest or complain will be anonymous.
·                                  All the suggestions and complaining will reach directly to hotline. 

Recommendations:
·         For posters and advertising Mohamed Ibrahim was commissioned.
·         Amer is the one who will communicate with administration.
·         Naser will talk and discus with doctors about the probability of writing articles and commenting on them.

Meeting report


Meeting report



The meeting was about using the social networks in education in ADMC. The members attend on time and they had better independent point of views. Also, they weren't tired and seem comfortable. The meeting starts on 9:30 am in T015B and discussed the feasibility of having the idea of making the facebook as a social network to link the students, teachers and the scientific articles all together. Amer claimed that facebook is better that twitter because it gives you the ability to write number of words higher than what twitter give. Nasser in the other hand noted that having a section for the students complains and suggestion will be better. Mohamed claimed that the promoting should be by putting posters that have a title of the latest updates in the college and the link of the webpage underneath it so the student have curiosity to enter the webpage. In the end of the meeting I asked Amer to contact with the students council to give them a list of recommendation so they can transfer this issue to ADMC administration. Also, I told Mohammed to deal with the posters distribution and designing. At last, Nasser had to contact with the teachers to tell them about the idea and to note their impression about the idea and to ask the students to see their acceptance.
