Agenda item:
Discuss the Feasibility of having Facebook or other social network site for ADMC and create recommendations for the student council.

Discussion:


1.     Welcome, Attendance, Present the note taker
·         Meeting started at 09:30 AM
2.     Social Network
·         All of the members approved the affective of the idea.
·         Amer noticed that having facebook is better than twitter and Nasser agreed.
·         Nasser suggest to send sms for promotion while we agreed on distributing posters.

3.     Linking social network in study
·         Scientific global arguments will be useful for students to share their ideas with teachers, teachers will have an idea about their students personality.
·         Mohammed was afraid  that people will turn the site into chat but Amer suggested that we block the comment.
·                                 All the members agreed that the social network will be reference for hobbies and activates.


4.     Suggestions
·                                 The social network will have a suggestion section for the audiences.
·                                 The name of the people who will suggest or complain will be anonymous.
·                                  All the suggestions and complaining will reach directly to hotline. 

Recommendations:
·         For posters and advertising Mohamed Ibrahim was commissioned.
·         Amer is the one who will communicate with administration.
·         Naser will talk and discus with doctors about the probability of writing articles and commenting on them.
